Fingerprints can create or update a CBI arrest cycle. That state entry is not a scan of the booking sheet. It may later gain a court disposition, yet reporting delays or unmatched identifiers can leave the cycle incomplete.
La Plata Detention Arrest Custody
The La Plata County Detention Center is at 742 Turner Drive, Durango, CO 81303. Its 297 beds make it the largest detention facility in Southwest Colorado. La Plata Unfiled Arrest Sealing
Colorado uses record sealing as the main adult remedy. For qualifying arrests on or after January 1, 2022, CBI automatically seals after one year when no charge is filed.
